SimplerHelp provides a concierge-style phone-based service to help seniors and their caregivers coordinate groceries, transportation, home services, appointments, and related tasks. We act as a coordinator and facilitator; we do not directly provide all services listed.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent your identity or relationship to any account holder
• Treat our staff and partners with respect

Payment

Some services may carry associated fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed before service fulfillment. By authorizing a service, you agree to pay all associated costs.

Limitation of Liability

SimplerHelp is not liable for the actions, delays, or errors of third-party service providers. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SimplerHelp harmless from claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
