Service Fees

SimplerHelp charges coordination fees for certain services. Any applicable fees are communicated clearly before a service is confirmed. Third-party costs (e.g., delivery charges, contractor fees) are passed through at cost.

Cancellation

You may cancel a service request before it has been dispatched or confirmed with a third-party provider at no charge. Once a service has been confirmed or initiated, a cancellation fee may apply.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • A service was not delivered as agreed
  • You were charged incorrectly
  • A service was cancelled within the allowable window

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been completed
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf
  • Coordination fees for services that were initiated at your request

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your service date at billing@simplerhelp.com or call us at your assigned support number. Please include your name, service date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
