Our Commitment
SimplerHelp is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Standards We Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy
- Sufficient color contrast across all text and UI elements
- Keyboard navigable interface with visible focus indicators
- ARIA labels on interactive elements and images
- No content that flashes more than 3 times per second
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the site may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to address any gaps.
